The Forge (Signature Collection)

Forge is a deep, powerful espresso blend crafted from coffees originating in Asia and Africa, including distinctive (and award winning) Monsoon Malabar. Full-bodied and satisfying, it makes a commanding espresso and holds its character beautifully through milk.

Named with a nod to our family’s blacksmithing ancestry, Forge is strength refined through careful craft: power, tempered.

Our Signature Collection is more than just coffee, while all of our coffee is exceptionally good this collection is what we believe has something special for everyone. Whether you're looking for a beautiful almost sweet coffee (Discovery) or very dark and almost bitter (Prospero) this collection has something for you. We stand by these coffees as a great representation of our coffee. These coffees all work well in one of our reusable stainless steel coffee pods too, check them out if that's how you make your coffee!
